If you've never used TAMRA as your phone teller, the last 4 digits of your social security number act as your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Then, we ask that you establish an easy-to-remember (but difficult to guess) PIN of your own choosing.
You'll be able to conduct transactions over the phone just as you would in person:
- Verify account and current rate information
- Balance Inquiries on Savings, Checking Loans and Certificates of Deposit!
- Transfers between your Savings, Checking or Lines of Credit
- Loan Payments from Savings or Checking
- Transfers to other accounts you're linked to (requires written authorization. Download our Transfer Authorization Form to print, complete and submit to any branch location)
- Review checks that have cleared your account
