Member Systems Upgrade - Important Updates

Our initial member system upgrade performed in our Southwest Michigan region is now complete and we are able to serve you and your account transaction needs.  Your credit union continues to be strong, safe and secure - now able to offer new innovations moving forward such as more robust online financial management tools and introducing new mobile banking access in very early 2012.

The system upgrades being performed are related to our need to improve our accout access systems in which we operated for a number of years to provide the types of financial tools that our members request (such as mobile banking access and budgeting tools). Additionally, your credit union continues to grow stronger with new regions since our mergers in 2010 with Education First Credit Union (Southgate, Michigan) and First American Credit Union (Beloit, Wisconsin). This system upgrade will streamline our member processes in order to provide you more efficient and innovative services.

We are very excited to announce some enhancements that you’ve been asking for:

  • Mobile banking (introducing early 2012)
  • Electronic notices and alerts
  • Business service enhancements
  • Online financial management tools for budgeting

The overall completion date for our regional conversions is August 2012.
